Ordering
Definition: When a customer places an order to purchase products from the online store, they will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order and containing the details of the contract. The order is deemed to have been confirmed and accepted once the customer has completed the website order process, by pressing the button ‘Confirm Order’, and has received an order confirmation email from Beers.BG.
 
Mixed Cases
Occasionally, due to stock level fluctuations, we may not always be able to offer mixed cases exactly as described. In these cases we will attempt to include a close substitute. If this is unacceptable, you may return the goods for a refund. In these instances, however, we will always attempt to inform you beforehand.
 
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where unintentional errors arise. Should such a situation occur Beers.Bg shall not accept your order in the incorrect form. In this event, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. 
 
Delivery and returns
Beers.BG's returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.
 
Refunds
Refunds will be made by card reversal, normally within 30 days.
 
Exchange
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days of exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in their original packaging
 
If labels or packaging are removed from the product – this warranty becomes void.
 
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Beers.Bg will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
 
All returns shipping is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal or carrier fees.
 
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.
 
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.
 
Non-returnable goods
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used foodstuffs (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)
 
Incorrect/damaged goods
We strive to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Beers.Bg immediately. We will attempt to dispatch a replacement as soon as possible and aim to have the correct item delivered to you within 72 hours. In the case of incorrect items received, all delivery charges will be refunded back to your credit/debit card.
 
Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either your home or place of work.
 
Delivery times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
 
We aim to deliver within 5 (five) working days (usually less for Sofia), but sometimes due to high order volumes certain in busy periods (holidays, for example), please allow 10 working days before contacting us. We will always attempt to email you if we become aware of any unexpected delays.
 
All orders outside Sofia are dispatched by courier service, normally Speedy.BG or Econt. We may vary the method of delivery as circumstances dictate. Orders inside Sofia may also be delivered by this method, or by ourselves.
 
Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you. More details on our delivery service here.
 
Export restrictions
At present Beers.Bg only sells goods within the Republic of Bulgaria. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If, however, you have a special request please contact us with your requirements.
 
Product descriptions
Beers.Bg and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content will at all times accurate complete reliable, or error-free.
 
Although we strive at all times to ensure content on Beers.Bg site is error-free, from time to time there may information be that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct ant errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
 
Prices
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT but do not include delivery.

Governance
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is governed by and subject to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where appropriate, European Union regulations.
